All clients must be 18 years or older. Photographic ID may be requested upon arrival. We do not treat anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
Additionally, strictly no children or plus ones are allowed in the clinical treatment room due to insurance regulations, clinical safety, and comfort.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment slot, which is deducted from your treatment total. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late will incur a £10 charge added to the treatment fee, or may result in cancellation.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule appointments. Requests made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will not be rebooked in the future.
Full disclosure of all medical history, current medications, allergies, and previous treatments is mandatory before any clinical procedure.
Consent forms must be signed prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or clinically inappropriate.

If you are not fully satisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for all services. For Botox treatments, any concerns must be raised within 14 days, allowing sufficient time for results to fully settle.
Where appropriate, we will offer a consultation and may provide reasonable adjustments or corrective treatment at no additional charge to address your concerns.
